I have to carry my equipment for two to three hours outdoors. This backpack is comfortable and small enough to not be cumbersome.

I wanted something light, small and sturdy that will hold and protect the camera body plus three lenses. This fits the bill.

Used iit for the first time on a four hour shoot in the city zoo on a very hot day and was pleased with the ease of carrying the camera, etc and the ease of accessing lenses, etc.

This is my first DSLR and i want to make sure i don't bang it up. This bag reeks of security and gives me great confidence that my equipment is safe. I use it for the body, 2 zooms, one prime, a large flash, and various other accessories. Works great and seems like it will last forever

I have a Nikon D40 with two lens' and a few small accessories. This bag holds everything I have and I still have room for a third lens and the front pouch fits my mp3 player and any snacks or other things I might need. The shoulder staps are very comfy and strong. And I love the water bottle pouch. I haven't had to use the rain shield yet but it fits well inside the bag. I love it!!!!

I borrowed a battery grip for my Canon 30D. With the grip on the camera, the case is not deep enough, and the camera sticks up into the "lid." This is not necessarily a criticism. Great backpack otherwise. Recommend. Configurable adjustable pockets. Well padded, construction appears solid. Have not had long enough to take on a trip, nor to evaluate long-term durability.

The Kata DR-461 Digital DPS Series Micro Rucksack Case is a great solution when there is a need to travel "light". I own other larger cases but it is not always convenient to carry a large case around. The case fits my Nikon D2X with 180-200mm lens, another small lens and SB800 flash and accessories making in the perfect case to grab and go.

Kata's Digital Micro Rucksack DR-461, part of the Digital Photo Series (DPS), features a unique TST RIB structural protection for a D/SLR with a mounted lens, 2-3 lenses, flash & accessories. The main compartment holds a D/SLR while the modular dividers will separate, organize and protect lenses, and other accessories.
Additional gear can be stored in the front pocket which can be accessed either externally or internally. When carrying, a sternum strap will provide ultimate comfort and stability. This rucksack is also compatible with Kata's EPH system which will allow you to attach a waist pack for extra storage.
