Fun with EF glass
I'm still working thru the images and shooting, but so far no issues with a wide variety of glass. We've done everything from the 8-15mm fisheye, 11-24mmL, up to a 800mm with the 2x teleconverter - 1600mm! Even the MP-E at 5X magnification. Manual focus with the EF 85mm f/1.2L works great - the mount powers it. To use the adapter, you have to turn on shoot without lens: Menu - Wrench - Button/Dial settings - 'Shoot without Lens' - ON
Excellent Device
This is a very nice adapter for the price compared to competition. Works with all my canon lenses, with some vignetting which can be corrected in Lightroom. The only issue was that the adapter did not come with instructions. I emailed Kipon and was promptly sent the instructions. Also it was not clear that a micro USB cable is required for charging. The on off switch is very small and is helpful if you have a fingernail to engage the switch. Overall, I am pleased with the product.

With KIPON EF-GFX E adapter, although the lens will fit physically, auto-focusing, and other functions will not work, only manual model will be available.
