A great product with equally great customer support
Bought a four-pack. Easily installed, but one sensor kept sending false alarms. Reached out via chat to customer support (on a Sunday afternoon, no less), and we quickly were able to determine that the unit was defective and Kangaroo sent a replacement. Very happy with the product and the outcome!
Note: the only reason for four out of five stars is that I wanted to protect two properties, and the app currently only allows for one.

Best thing going!
I absolutely love it. It was so simple to set up (once I realized the app was in the app store, not the web-site). It works great, and now I have peace of mind whenever I leave home for any reason. I highly recommend it. (And you can't beat the price!!!)

This is a cheap, easy to set up security option. I live in an upstairs apartment unit and my Kangaroo device meets all of my needs.

Kangaroo motion sensor is a great product, easy to setup and reliable. The sensor is also reasonably priced. I definitely recommend this motion sensor.

Truly affordable. I wish everything was this easy to setup. Installation took about one minute. I'm very pleased with kangaroo. Easily removed and re-installed at my new place. Really good security, really good product, really good price, and really good customer service.

Good choice for multiple use security system
From motion sensors, entry sensors and water climate sensors these products are very helpful. Three times already the water climate sensor detected and water issue that might not have been noticed as fast as these detected the situation. They also allowed us to figure out where the leak was coming from while it was leaking. The motion and entry sensors are useful too. Equally important is the customer service standing behind these products. My experience with them has been excellent. Definitely A+ customer service. If you think a security system is something you're interested in this system is a good choice

4 months and going strong
Have had Kangaroo on watch for 4 months. Easy easy easy to set up. Have 2 door sensors, 1 motion sensor, and a base station plus a doorbell camera. The motion sensor lost connection and I contacted customer service. After several troubleshooting tries, the agent offered to send a new sensor. The customer service is top notch. Would (and have) recommended to family and friends.

I received the replacement motion sensor and installed it and it is working great. The set up was so easy and the sensitivity is amazing. For a unknow reason the original one that I purchased along time ago started to loose the internet connection and I contacted Kangaroo customer service and sent me out a brand new....Great service

Setup and system is easy
Setup and system is easy to install. Unit is small and discreet. Only issue is battery life is short. So far I’ve had to replace batteries 2 times in 2 months

Peace of mind
Great sensor! I love the added security . I does trigger easy perhaps I need to adjust its location but all in all I throughly enjoy knowing it’s there . Easy set up , quick phone notification and easy disarm!!
