Please note that after mounting the adapter only manual focus will be accessible when shooting. This adapter features a 360 Degree free rotation in addition to a shift function that moves up to 10 mm to provide the user with more compositional control.The shift function minimize any size distortions that may result from objects being seen an an angle. For instance, buildings can now maintain their even straight dimensions deposit the angle of photography. When located in its default resting position, the adapter can be used like any other standard non-shift adapter.The knob on the side of the adapter can be turned counterclockwise to shift the lens out. To return the knob to its original position, turn the knob in the opposite direction.All KIPON adapters undergo the CNC turning center procedure during manufacturing to provide our customers with only the utmost precision and quality.
