About Kondor Blue Ultimate Rig
Because of its durable and high-quality construction, the Ultimate Rig for Sony A1 and A7 Series Cameras in Space Gray is a versatile and compact solution for your photography and videography needs. This sturdy rig is designed to support Sony A1 and A7 series cameras, providing a stable platform for capturing both video and still images.
The cage features eyelet strap holes and a quick-release Arca Swiss Plate at the bottom, ensuring compatibility with a range of Sony models, including A7iv, A1, A7Riv, and A7Siii. The cage is equipped with NATO rails on the left and top sides, and multiple 1/4" and four 3/8" threaded holes with ARRI Locator Pins for anti-twist accessories, such as our Mini Quick Release Plates.
The rig also includes a Trigger Top Handle with a Start/Stop Record Button. This handle supports both Sony LANC and Panasonic Protocols, providing compatibility for most cameras from brands like Z CAM, Blackmagic, Sony, Canon, Panasonic, JVC, and more.
The 15mm ARRI-Standard Baseplate is an industry-standard bridge plate that supports 15mm LWS rods. It's perfect for setups with a big lens and a large matte box. The baseplate features a side-load camera plate system for easy mounting and a Manfrotto 501-standard camera plate.
The Sony E Mount Cine Cap, crafted from aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, protects your camera's port and sensor while adding a high-end look to your rig. The 12" PPSh 15mm Rods are the lightest in the industry without sacrificing strength, ideal for accessories like follow focus, matte box, lens support, servo motors, and more.
The rig also includes a Rosette Arms, Grips, and Clamp Bundle, and a Cine V-Mount Battery Plate with multiple DC outputs. The Dummy Battery Cable allows you to power your cameras from our Kondor Blue V Mount or Gold Mount Battery Plates small DC port.
