This is used heavily for one event a year and moderately for the rest of the year. When printing a 2 sided document it left smudges on the first side when the second is pulled through (from the rollers maybe?. For the large quantity print jobs it worked very well.

I've used mono lasers for years and I specifically used Minolta before it became Konica Minolta. They are solid -- well built, and practically jam proof if you use good paper. $2.00/ream copy paper will jam any printer or copier. My laser is rated at 8,000 copies from the cartridge and the replacements are reasonable. Much less so than Lexmark or HP.

I am on my second unit. Cost of use is low, print cartridges last a long time. I use it for business, and we print about 100 pages per day. I couldn't recommend it more.
