The MAVO mark2 S35 leverages the high-performance MAVO Edge computing platform, featuring industry-standard ports such as independent dual SDI outputs with metadata. It encodes breathtaking images in Apple ProRes 4444/XQ format onto NVMe M.2 2280 SSDs, ensuring a streamlined workflow for efficient post-production. Housed in a lightweight and compact body, this camera offers a professional filmmaking experience that is both accessible and affordable.
Returning to the classic S35 image format, the MAVO mark2 S35 is optimized for use with S35 glass, which is widely available and often more affordable than full-frame alternatives. The advanced computing platform supports a new S35 3:2 CMOS imaging sensor, enabling users to capture up to 6K Wide at 96fps and 4K Wide at 150fps. With dual native ISO 800/3200, the camera delivers images with reduced noise, cleaner shadows, enhanced highlight details, and a wide latitude of 14 stops, whether in low-light conditions or studio settings.
The MAVO mark2's interchangeable mount design offers extensive lens compatibility, accommodating cine PL/LPL lenses, DSLR EF lenses, and modern E mount lenses. This flexibility allows cinematographers to capture images with a variety of styles, embracing the latest in lens technology.
The camera's advanced platform supports direct recording of high-quality clips in Apple ProRes 422 LT to ProRes 4444XQ formats. It records Kine LOG3 Gamma to preserve the full dynamic range captured by its CMOS sensor, facilitating a fast and efficient post-production workflow.

This setup meets the power demands of complex camera configurations requiring a lightweight build. Additionally, with Movcam's KineKit-Edge cage, NP-F550 type batteries like GripBAT 2S can provide an uninterruptible power supply via the UPS Baseplate, ensuring continuous operation during shoots.
