These elements provide exceptional flexibility for the MAVO Edge 8K, making it adaptable for various shooting scenarios, including tripod setups, gimbal operations, and both high and low-angle shots.One of the standout features of the KineKIT-Edge is its specialized UPS power contacts located at the bottom of the MAVO Edge. This allows the MAVO Edge 8K to be powered by two NP-F550 batteries, with a recommendation for using the GripBAT 2S due to its 75% higher capacity compared to standard 2000mAh batteries. This setup ensures a high working current and extended endurance time, enabling seamless battery replacement without powering down the camera.The KineKIT-Edge is designed to provide robust support and enhanced protection for the MAVO Edge 8K, featuring additional fixed threaded holes for secure attachment. This makes it an ideal choice for filmmakers seeking reliability and adaptability in diverse shooting environments. Furthermore, the kit can be easily converted into a 19mm system by adding a 15mm to 19mm baseplate, expanding its compatibility with various cine lenses. The focus on cine lenses with a gimbal can be precisely controlled through a wireless follow focus motor, which is securely mounted on the top plate and 15mm rods, ensuring smooth and accurate focus adjustments.
