Holds like a champ. Ergonomics are a little clunky, but negligible issue considering price point. Overall, was pleased with this purchase.

Perfect Price

I haven't actually used the tripod yet, but I did mount my 200 - 600 lense to check for sturdiness. I like the the quick connect system on this tripod for it's design. The capacity for the heavy lense is what I was looking for and this does exactly what I needed.

Nice easy to use well made portable, stable, and flexible tripod.

Good tripod for the price. The lock plate camera screw is a bit long. I took out the screw and put a washer (about 1mm thick) between it and the bottom of the lock plate. This fixes the problem.

Good tripod for the price, small issue easily fixed.

I needed a relatively light weight tripod that could support my Nikkor 200-500 zoom. It fit the bill. The learning curve on setting it up wasn't too bad despite the unhelpful guide that looks like was badly translated from Korean. The only slight minus is that the camera/lens combo still sags a bit after I have zeroed in on what I want to photograph and the image ends up off the screen. I'm not sure that is due to the ball head or if is is just something to live with.

That is came with a decent carrying case is also a plus.
