I just got it today and ran it through its paces, and it is everything it says!
It's easily holding my Canon 90D, Sigma 70 to 200 2.8 sport lens, and 1.4 teleconverter in every configuration I've tried. I honestly believe it hold even more weight with no problem.

Legit. Especially for the price.

Love the K&F tripod.   Needed a tripod that would extend to 8 ft. Ceiling because I plan on using it to attach a laser level.  Also see many benefits for using to shoot outdoors with a Macro lens.  Excellent build quality.
