I am a photographer! I need it to download all my photo's on my computer. If I don't have a dependable one it creates a lot of issues for me. I have had many and they don't last long. This one has been dependable.

Great product. Just plug it in. Card slides in very easily. No struggeling like my old card reader. Bought something cheap and it was a waste of money. Only lasted a couple weeks. Have had this for about month. Highly recommend. Also I received it quickly. Adorama is very nice to do business with.

THE CARD READER IN MY NEW COMPUTER WOULD NOT ACCEPT THE LARGER FLASH MEMORY CARD. THIS UNIT ACCEPTS MULTIPLE SIZES OF CARDS, USES USB 2 AND IS EASY TO TRANSPORT.

I got the card reader because the sd card reader that was installed in my desktop wouldn't work. I haven't had any problems with it, transfers files flawlessly. The sliding cartridge is kind of hard to move but you don't really have to move it if you don't want to. It also comes with a little USB extension cord which is a really nice feature when you are using it on a desktop computer. It's compact and will read just about any kind of card. It's a great value for the price!

If you are like me who have diferrent types of devices who carry diferrent types of memory cards and need something with a slick design who can read multiple cards, then this is a must. Small enough to carry it even in your pocket. The speed is quite fast, if they ever make this usb 3.0 will buy it again just because of what it can do. I love how they designed with a small plug and added the extra long attachment to make the plug longer. The bay area hides inside so it makes the device even smaller. I used this card reader on q daily basis for the past year and it still hasn't let me down.

I use this with my compact 16 and 32gb compact cards from my Canon Mark II 5 D camera. The cards insert and remove with a nice positive feel. I have had no problems with getting my photos and movies onto my computer and it works as fast as I would expect usb 2.0 to go.

I purchased this for use with my DSLR memory cards. It works much faster than the inexpensive memory stick reader I have(my camera can use both kinds of memory). I've had this well over a year and am happy with the purchase.

It works well. No problems. Simply plug it in. I like the fact they include a cable to extend the unit as the unit itself is short. Gives the best of both worlds, short or long cable reach. Good solid fit of cards. No problems.

When I bought this memory reader, I needed something with multiple qualities and speed. This fit the bill perfectly. I generally use it to copy info like music and games. The great part about this particular reader is its compatibility with MANY cards, which I thinks is awesome. I can't complain about it, cause there's not much to complain about :).

It works as advertised. It is compact and great to take on vacation to download photos to the laptop. Saves a lot of hassles with cables and stuff. It seems reasonably durable and came at very attractive price.

By no means am I a professional photographer (i.e. I don't depend on photog to pay my bills / make me money.) However, I do like this card reader. It transfers RAW images from my Hoodman Raw 4GB CF at lightening speeds. Does exactly what I purchased it to do. The built in usb cord is a bit short, however they give you an extension ~ 2ft. Just long enough to plug into my laptop. No complaints here.

When I decided to purchase a couple of Lexar Compact Flash memory cards, I decided to upgrade my card reader. I was quite surprised to find out that I did not have to spend very much money to get an excellent reader. The Kingston Hi-Speed 19 in 1 Memory Card Reader does a good job and eliminates having to purchase other readers for other memory card formats.

It is economical, small and it works. The separate USB extension cable is an extra. I can not say that it is any faster then direct transfer from my DSLR, but it is more convenient.

Very nice having all the various media slots together at once. Short cord (which can be extended with included extension cable) fits perfectly into my USB hub. Also includes a nice 'lock' position that protects inserted cards during transport. Great value!!

My new camera came with a new SDSC Card which my old reader woudn't read. This one does, and my Compact Flash card as well. Have not tried all 19 possible cards in it, but the ones I have tried worked.
