I knew this wasn't the fastest CF card out there. I needed this in a pinch and for cheap as a back up to a back up card for when I'm doing portraits or landscapes and didn't need obscenely fast write speeds. It IS reliable thus far however.

I shoot a lot of bracketed shots with my Canon 50D and use the Kingston CF16GB (or other Kingston card sizes) exclusively. They process my RAW files quickly. Never had a single problem with them in the past five years and shooting hundreds of shots each outing.

These cards...seem....to be a great value. And they are as long as you dont try to stick them in a D4s. After going back n forth with Kingston regarding them "supposed to" work with the d4s, and them sending me two new ones...that also dont work...I wrote this.

I do not shoot in massive bursts. If I did I might consider a faster card. Have had many Kingston cards without any problems and I take approximately 64,000 images a year.

I have bought quite a few of Kingston 16GB CFC's and fpund them to be reliable. I like this size for the photos I am taking. I have about 8 of these 16GB cards. I prefer this size since I feel if I were to purchase a really large capicity CFC, then if something should happen to the card , it would be a big loss.

Great plug and play replacement for the iPod mini's Achilles heel, the fragile moving parts hard drive. The pinout for the iPod mini's Microdrive is the same as for CompactFlash, though the card needs to have true IDE compatibility, not all do. This one does and it connects to the mini's hard drive cable with no adapters or anything else needed, quadrupled the original 4GB storage capacity to boot. The 32 GB version of this same card also works in this application.

I bought this CP to use in my Sony HVR-MCR1, Memory Recording Unit, but the unit didn't recognize the Compact Flash. I thought was the unit issue, but I've tried with other cards and the MCR1 was working correctly.

I used this card only a handful of times before it gave me an error. Fortunately I was able to recover my images, but every camera I've attempted to use it in since has said CARD ERROR. I don't think I'll ever trust this brand again. I've never had issues with my other cards.

I'm not a frequent camera users, I don't care about the reading and writing speed of the card, so at the price under $20 the card is good enough for my Canon 7D. I set the image quality at Raw + L, The card can take 418 photos. I'm satisfied with my purchase.

I have used Kingston CF Cards for a long time and have never had a failure. Work just as well as more costly card. Why would you spend the extra, take yourself out for a drink and dinner on what you have saved.

I think 16GB CF card is the best to use in this days. I use it on a Nikon D2H, I only shot RAW files. and the speed on this card is fantastic. I recommend this card over the 4GB, or 8GB of this brand.

Purchased 2 of these cards to use with the D800, but both yield "Card Error". Fortunately, they do work in the D700.
