Because capturing clear, high-quality audio is crucial in various professional settings, the MiK 26 Tactical Parabolic Collector, bundled with Sound Devices MM-1 Amplifier, Countryman B3 Lavalier Microphone, Real Audio HN7506 Headphones, and a sturdy KK-26-TE Flight Case, offers a comprehensive solution for all your audio recording needs.
The MiK 26 Tactical Parabolic Collector, our largest parabolic microphone, is innovatively designed with a clear dish for enhanced sound collection and directionality. It transforms your omni-directional mic into a super long-range microphone, capable of capturing conversations from up to 600 feet away. This makes it a popular choice in the broadcast industry, military operations, and fire and rescue applications.
The "Tactical" version mirrors the performance of the standard Klover MiK 26, with the only difference being the shape of the outer edge of the dish's front flange. Its patented modular design allows for easy transport and replacement of individual components, ensuring durability and longevity.
The MiK 26's collector dish boasts a "True" parabolic shape, focusing all sound energy on a single point for crisp and clear audio recording. Unlike competitor's dishes, the MiK 26 eliminates unwanted noise through vibration isolation components in all connections, ensuring a smooth and noise-free operation.
The package also includes the Sound Devices MM-1 Microphone Preamplifier, a single-channel, portable device with a powerful headphone monitoring function. Its transformer-balanced input and output and bipolar +/-15 volt power supply produce low-noise, low-distortion gain at all switch positions.
The Countryman B3 Lavalier Microphone, a water-resistant, miniature, omni-directional lavalier condenser microphone with an XLR connector, is also part of the bundle.
For monitoring the quality of your recordings, the package comes with Real Audio HN7506 headphones. These headphones are designed to seal off outside ambience by as much as 45dB, allowing accurate, full-range monitoring in loud environments.
Finally, the bundle includes a KK-26-TE Flight Case, a stylish and durable solution for storing and transporting your audio equipment.
Whether you're in broadcasting, military, fire and rescue, or simply recording nature sounds, this comprehensive audio recording package is designed to deliver professional, high-quality sound in any environment.
