I would like to give a positive review of this Item that I have purchased however it is used for a different purpose then just photography. I needed to connect a small audio field recorder to a microphone tripod for a band recording and have it near the instruments. the connection to the tripod was the right thread size and the ball swivel had the correct thread size to connect to the field recorder and was able to adjust the angle of the recorder just right .
