Very solid ,punts and worked standard with my Neumann KH120A monitors & did not have to purchase an additional adapter bracket.  1/3 of the price for the Neumann celling mounts.  Only complaint is XLR & TRS will not fit through the lower hole in the tube so had to cut and put new XLR connectors.
