Overall the stand is good and works as needed.  The 3-star rating is due to over a month's worth of communications regarding missing bolts upon arrival and the offer of an expected replacement which was then rescinded due to the manufacturer wanting to send replacement parts.  We then received an email from the returns department who wanted us to return the item because the warehouse nor manufacturer were able to send replacement parts.  The expectation of return was to be in original packaging. By this time, we needed the item to be functional and have found and purchased bolts of our own to make the item fully functional and will not be going through the hassle of a return.  Also, the company offered a $25 partial refund which will cover the cost of the hardware purchased and time spent assembling the stand.
