I decided to give this a try after Fuji discontinued Acros 100 and I wish I would have tried it a long time ago! Very nice tight grain and the smooth tones are exactly what I was looking for.

When processed with the Kodak T-Max 100 Direct Positive Film Developing Outfit, it can also be used to generate copy negatives from both black-and-white and color negatives, as well as duplicate black-and-white slides or slides from color originals.
For routine photomicrography of stained specimens, expose the film at EI 160 and extend the development time by 30% to achieve optimal results. Additionally, using a green filter can enhance the tonal rendition of most common stains, further improving the quality of your images.
