Paid $250 for new headphones and they will not hold a charge. Checked the silicone to see if it was interfering with the charging contacts. It was not and will not charge all the way. Rapidly discharges. Contacted Klipsch via email. I was provided two links as solutions to the issue...Factory reset and some nonsense about synching the earphones. This did not help. Customer service is not there to help. Perhaps the reason Klipsch no longer manufactures the T5 II Mclrean is that it's unreliable and breaks down continuously. Take a look at the reviews on this unit, they speak for themselves I have purchased Klipsch products in the past but after this fiasco I have no further confidence in Klipsch quality or service. Unfortunately trying to get a hold of Klipsch support is difficult. You are on your own. Buy Bose or Sony!

Used regular for 2 years and now one of them have problem charging. Sound and comfort is 5 stars. But have to get new ones now. Want to try a different brand to test.

I have been extremely pleased using these to pair with my Apple Watch & use for streaming radio/podcasts and taking phone calls with others stating how clear my voice is using them. I would highly recommend calling support and buying extra ear buds & wing tips for future use, as it may say they are sold-out online but you need to call. They shipped very quiclky & the variety of sizes helps dial-in the perfect fit. Once you realize what buttons do what, it's simple & easy. The battery life has been excellent. High quality, at a fair price. AAA+++ SKOL!

Outstanding sound; needs a little fitting of the earpieces to optimize the treble and bass, but once that's done it's great. Only criticism is the case is heavy, it looks and feels nice, but if you drop it, it could scratch or dent, and the earbuds flip out and scatter off somewhere, usually down a drain or under a car. But the earbuds themselves are fantastic!

Great headphones. Bluetooth is awesome. Just wish they were a little louder. I think my T5s were slightly louder than these and much cheaper.

The hands free control is a neat feature. The headphones have a button instead of touch on each ear bud a con. The ear buds do not recognize when you remove one from the ear. Sound quality is great though.

Great product. I have a bit of hearing loss and the noise cancellation really helps but wished my source was louder!!

3 years old, sound better than my dad's Jabra, just washed them in the washer by accident with the case and still works in all areas. Crystal clear sound, deep bass, loud, still last 4-5 hours per charge. Extremely happy with my purchase.

I got a pair of these that sounded and worked great until recently. the battery is only lasting a couple hours tops now. where as when i first got them they lasted a pretty long time. its a bummer as they sound good and the fitment is excellent. the warranty only covers two years and nothing in there about getting the batteries replaced so I guess they are great while they last. I am not sure If i will get another pair due to the battery issue or not.

I like them a lot. Good sounds like the older neckband R's. I don't trust them fully yet. Even w the changeable cones. They seem to work themselves out quicker than others. Makes me suspect of doing really physical activities with them in

I am enjoying the sound of these more then thought I could. The Dirac HD sound field is an outstanding addition. I am still adjusting to the head movement controls but they seem to be natural. The ANC works extremely well. I have been a Klipsch user since 1981 and I have the full range of gear. I would highly recommend this to anybody looking to buy new equipment!!

AMAZING noise cancelation on planes, trains, and automobiles. SOLID build quality and small size. Currently carrying everyday. THRILLING sound quality and depth. I highly reccomend these. UNFORTUNATELY not that stable. I've had to frequently factory reset them when one bud becomes unresponsive. They frequently lose connection or crash when changing between modes too quickly.

Excellent sound quality. Setup was pretty easy. The Klipsch connect app seemed a bit quirky, but didn't seem necessary for earbuds to work well. Important to pick the right sized tips to fit your ears.

I live the sound on these earbuds, but more importantly they actually fit. Mist earbuds I've tried are very uncomfortable. These fit perfectly and really make listening to music a great experience.

I have owned a lot of earphones, but Klipsch T5 II True Wireless ANC are by far the best ones I have ever owned. The sound quality of Klipsch T5 II True Wireless ANC are just as good as my Klipsch home speakers. I like the Klipsch connect app as well that lets you adjust how you want to listen to your music along with an easy way to get firmware updates. If you take the time to tweak Klipsch T5 II True Wireless ANC earphones, they are outstanding. Don't just put them in your ears take the time to fine tune them and you will be amazed. I'll never use any other earphones again.

I think they have good sound. I like the heavy feel of the case. I bought them for listening to music as well as taking phone calls on the job. The sound quality for the person on the other end of line is awful. They can hear everything around me; even just driving in the car is hard for people to hear me. It just doesn't suit my needs. If you're looking for music or sound cancellation only, I'd say they were great.

This is my second pair T5's , I wore the first set all the time even to bed but broke the left one? maybe slept on it too much! I am hearing impaired and Klipsch are the only manufacturer that sells earphones strong enough for me to enjoy. What I like most is that despite needing the volume very high, I'm still get quality sound, nice deep bass and acoustics. I also have the R6 Bluetooth in ear headphones. Need to get another one of those too! I have a Klipsch subwoofer too. Klipsch products are the Best!

I have this and the more expensive klipsch ear buds. For the price these are great. I prefer how these plug in for power. The more expensive version tucks in ear better. I have not tried calls on either, just music.

Sound was great. I have an older design and can't keep them in my ears. These were no better. The slightest jaw movement caused them to fall out. I have returned them.
