This 4K HDBaseT 4x4 Matrix Switcher with PoE is expertly designed to route 4K/UHD applications, featuring four HDMI inputs and four HDBaseT outputs, along with two HDMI mirrored outputs for local monitor support.

The switcher is equipped with advanced audio capabilities, including four stereo audio and four digital coax outputs, enabling de-embedding to analog audio and HDMI digital audio. Audio sources can be conveniently selected via RS232 commands, with the selected audio being dispatched through HDMI outputs, HDBaseT outputs, and the audio output sockets.

The KanexPro Matrix Switcher boasts ultra-fast 4x4 switching with instant display, ensuring seamless video transmission. It supports the distribution of four HDBaseT outputs up to 70m at 1080p and 35m at 4KX2K on a single CAT5e/6 cable. The device also supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) to all four receivers, providing a streamlined solution for power and data transmission.

Deep color support up to 16 bit, RGB/YCbCr 4:4:4, YCbCr: 4:2:2, and 4K/30Hz are all supported, ensuring vibrant and high-definition video quality. The switcher features illuminated buttons with a front panel LCD, dedicated audio zones for digital and stereo audio, and advanced EDID & HDCP management for optimal performance.

The switcher also offers bi-directional IR & RS-232 control, Ethernet connectivity, and control via front panel, RS232, IR, or IP. It comes with an IR remote control for easy operation, and firmware upgrades are made simple through the Micro-USB port. The device is housed in a 19" (1U) rack-mountable steel enclosure, ensuring durability and easy installation.

The KanexPro MX-HDBASE4X4-4K Matrix Switcher also features an Ethernet port for control via a web-based GUI, simplifying installation and setup. The HDMI inputs can be controlled via various methods, including front panel buttons, IR, RS232, or through a web-based GUI using IP.
