I bought these to add to my klipsch to make a 7.1. They did the job well, it's the what if I go bigger how much greater will it sound. For size they do a Great job, only when the upgrade bug catches up to you do an compare to a larger klipsch do you realize what it's limitations are. I'm still keeping because of size to do height or atmos.

I bought these to compliment my other klipsch speakers, as rear surrounds. Due to being behind a couch on stands bookshelves didn't work to bulky, with stands there elevated 2 feet off couch, an really keep up with the big boys, as surrounds.

This is my first surround sound speaker system. I paired it with a Sony Core Series 115 W subwoofer driven through a Yamaha RX-V481 AV receiver. Sound is clear and realistic. My wife is a musician and commented that when piano music is playing it sounds like a piano is in the room. I highly recommend this speaker system.

Great speakers for its size. Horn loaded tweeter performs very well for home theater duties. If you are lucky, you should be able to find it in clearance price which is 50% less than the MSRP.

When you're the best selling surround sound system of all time, performance means everything and the fifth generation of the Klipsch Quintet doesn't disappoint. These home theater speakers utilize Tractrix horn technology and lightweight Aluminum drivers for crisp, clear and uncompromising sound quality.
Four miniature speakers + one low-profile center speaker
Built on class-leading research and development
High-performance sonic clarity
Incredible surround sound detail
Completely Redesigned
The Quintet's woofers have been redesigned for maximum bass output that blends seamlessly into the sound of your favorite movies, TV shows and video games. Every piece of the Quintet system comes housed in their AcoustiComp cabinets, ensuring a solid foundation to channel flawless sound.
Small Package | Big Sound
The new Linear Travel Suspension tweeters in Quintet are designed for reduced high-frequency distortion while the new long-throw woofers increase bass output for a perfect blend to the subwoofer you add to the system. Those drivers are complimented by a new, "audiophile" quality crossover network which mates those two drivers perfectly.
Fits any Decor
The new, lower-profile design of both the Quintet satellites and center channel speaker better match today's thinner and more aesthetic TV's whether stand or table placed or mounted on the wall (brackets not included).
A Sound Structure
AcoustiComp is a material used extensively in both Professional Cinema and Music speakers. It is not only durable, it is so solid that cabinet resonance is never an issue.
