I bought these 6 years ago. They are amazing without a sub, I bought a sub the Klipsch R-12SW. I just blown the tweeter on the right floor standing speaker but it's still doing great. I just bought a center channel 8 months ago.

Great speakers!
Was surprised how good sound comes from these speakers. bought them slightly used and this make my whole music and movie experience. My first experience with klipsch and will update to the same brand in the future. / Andrew

Klipsch - R-28F Test in Kiev

Klipsch: A Legend in Sound
These are packaged very well and arrived undamaged unlike the Jano towers I ordered back in July which looked like UPS throwed the cartons all over inside the truck. Very good sounding speakers.

An Incredible Value for Music and Movie Lovers..
I have been building Custom High End loudspeaker systems for over 50 years, and obviously, nothing can equal the performance of a system that is tailor-made for your particular room dynamics.. But I have to say that these speakers are an Incredible Value, and meet the demands of most folks who want to Really enjoy their music, as well as movies.. Add a subwoofer, crossed over at 80Hz, and you're all set to go.. It's hard to find this kind of performance for this amount of money.. Unless you're an audiophile, and can afford to buy a Custom Built System, Grab a Pair of These.. I'm certain that you'll be quite happy with them.. A Great Value.. You have my word.. Lary

Big speakers, bigger sound.
These things are massive and sound amazing! Don't be like me and neglect to properly measure before buying, though. These take up a lot of space if you have a small or even medium-sized room, but they're worth it!

Quality sound from a quality product
Easy to finance! Got my RF28s on Christmas Eve and havent been happier since! A very crisp and clear resonance from these top of the line towers. I since got rid of the Sonys as the main speakers. I will probably buy more of the Reference Series speakers from Klipsch to add to these. A great buy!

Beautiful speakers with astonishing sound, bought these speakers from Adorama a month back, delivery was as quick as I can think of, big speakers delivered at your door steps...awasome. Am using these speaker with my Yamaha TSR 700 receiver. Am really happy with performance. These speakers need to step up as small and crossover set to 80Hz to gets to its full potential. Trust me these speakers rock...

Klipsch is my all time fav when it comes to music and movies, and one and only website/retailer selling them in a reasonable price is Adorama. I couldn’t find a great deal like Adorama anywhere else. Coming to Klipsch R-28F, they are mind blowing.. theater like feeling in living room. Using them with Klipsch center, surround, atmos and sub, a full 5.1.2 home theater. All bought from Adorama.. Enjoying everyday movies and music.

The right set for the right price
