I just got it and I am giving it a 3 star beginning rating because I love the sound and how loud it can get. I love the clarity of it myself and suits my tastes for my bedroom system. The first issue has been getting the WiFi to connect . I don't have anything to hook it to but I just wired it directly to my internet. I may at a later date use it on the playfi part of it but time will tell. The other one was getting it to update and when I did it went nuts so I reset it and now I am happy with it. Will I try again probably not. I am completely happy with it and later will come back and update. I am happy with the results and with catching it on an amazing sale. It is worth the full price but I am very happy with the value I got for a brand new setup.

Good clean sound but has a hi frequency noise on start up. Sound engineers should look into correcting this issue. I read in the reviews that someone had the same issue.

Writing this review after 5 years of use/ownership. It's great for the audio of all our tv viewing and I've been using it off and on for streaming music (remember to remove the dialog, surround and/or night modes). The sound is even, clear and musical. With the subwoofer, movies sound 'large' and as they were mixed for theaters. The buttons on the unit are a mite hard-to-read but we rarely need to use the controls on the soundbar, finding the remote perfectly equipped to manage our settings. FWIW, if this is still on the Klipsch website and they're offering a deal, it would be hard to think an alternative could be much better for the money.

Look this soundbar sounds great... When you aren't wrestling with it to do what you want. The power save cuts off wayyyyy too early and can't be turned off, the remote is iffy at best, sometimes the HDMI inputs just don't register for several seconds. Overall the user experience for this device has been nothing but frustrating. I will be avoiding Klipsch products from here on out

Have had this unit for a little over 2 years. I first started to notice an issue after about 1.5 years when the output would just quit. I found that if the room temperature was above 79F the output was gone. All LEDs were functional. Once the room was cooled done a few degrees it start working again. Now about 6 months later there is no output at all. This is not what I expected from Klipsch. Warranty expired. All I have now is an expensive something that doesn?t work. There is obviously something lacking in quality control. I have other Klipsch products that have no issues at all. Very disappointed. Maybe soundbar production is something Klipsch should reconsider because this situation is really unacceptable.

Recently purchased this when we upgraded Dish. The soundbar itself is as good as the built in one on our Mitsubishi TV. But we wanted bass. The remote SUCKS. Inconsistent and often unresponsive when wanting to adjust the sub-woofer. Currently, there seems to be no sound at all from the speaker. Have not been able to connect with Klipsch and Dish wont help us either.

In the course of repairing this unit (broken prior to purchase, chip _fell off_ bluetooth board and was rattling around under cover) I discovered the amp is a TAS5760M amp-on-a-chip with a max output of 40 watts into the 4 ohm speaker. (system is rated at 250 total?) Coupled with the tiny heatsink and weak switch mode power supply this is not going to satisfy anyone wanting to listen to music or experience a quality home theater experience.
