Mediocre but Functional

Purchased this product and hoped it would be better than it is. The button to increase the volume has never worked on the remote and the product works but it's a let down for the brand. Considered replacing it but hesitant to go with the same brand.

Doesn't work

The remote that came with it has not worked, even after changing the batteries. What do you suggest?

After so many movies and me saying what did he say, (I have great hearing I decided sometimes I miss some important statement in the movie. I saw this one and I didnt know the brand but several people in the store told me, oh this is a good one. My neighbor came by and said he too was looking to improve the sound on the TV. We both bought one and I must say we were both impressed. I can hear the movies with clarity and miss no statements in the movies. Connecting was far too easy. I used the digital connection, turned off the TV sound and no other set up was necessary. IF you need it for the TV to be clearer then this is the one! You can make it loud but I bought it to have clarity. No cable here just Amazon Firestick and many free movies.

Won't pair with headphones!

Due to insomnia I watch TV in the middle of the night and cannot get the RSB-3 to pair with 3 differ headphones!

Disappointed in this product

Did not expect such poor quality from Klipsch. You can hear a high frequency white noise from the outer speakers when powered on (no matter if it playing audio or not). For someone who wants to save for the premium surround offered by this company, I am having second thoughts and will be looking elsewhere.
