It offers the flexibility of switching serial communication data to one or more of the eight RS-232 input ports, either through local control of panel buttons, RS-232 control port, or remote control via Ethernet port control protocol or web-page browsing.The FC-132ETH supports one-to-one bidirectional or one-to-many unidirectional serial switched communication, depending on matrix routing. As a control gateway, it enables remote bidirectional control of customer-controlled devices serially connected to its 32 RS-232 and one RS-232/RS-485 input ports.This device allows multiple control clients to be IP-connected to the FC-132ETH control gateway for concurrent control of two RS-232 or RS-485 controllable devices, such as AV scalers, video displays, and audio amplifiers. The FC-132ETH features a range of control options, including 1 RS-485 or RS-232 Selectable Bi-directional Output Port, 32 Bidirectional RS-232 Output Ports, and 8 Bidirectional RS-232 Input Ports. It also includes 4 Panel Buttons & LCD Display for local panel control of serial matrix ports switching, and a Panel Take / Lock Button for local panel switching control or tampering prevention.For remote control, the FC-132ETH offers a Bidirectional RS-232 Control Port, an Ethernet Control Port, and built-in web pages for remote browser-based control and support. It also supports simultaneous IP control communication with up to 40 IP control clients.The FC-132ETH also includes a Mini USB Port for firmware upgrades and local technical services.
