Its Vertical Interval Switching, compliant with SMPTE RP-168, ensures glitch-free switching with genlocked sources, synchronizing output to external reference or incoming video.
The VS-88SDI 8x8 SDI Matrix Switcher is equipped with Active Input Indication Reporting, a feature that lights up the input button on the front panel when a video signal is detected on that input. This allows for easy monitoring and control of video and audio configurations.
The switcher also boasts preset memory locations, providing quick access to common video and audio configurations and audio gain status for each output. The Take Button feature enables the execution of multiple switches simultaneously, enhancing operational efficiency.
To prevent unauthorized adjustments, the Front Panel Lockout feature is included, securing your settings against tampering. The switcher also offers Selectable Sync Signal Termination and features Automatic Reclocking and Equalization for optimal signal integrity.
The Looping Analog Sync Input, compatible with bi-level and tri-level signals, further enhances its versatility. Control of the VS-88SDI 8x8 SDI Matrix Switcher is effortless, with options to use the front panel buttons or remote control via RS-232, RS-485, or an IR remote control.
