If anyone is wondering on the true size it is 108.5 inches. Not 106.5 as advertised. I had two and both were exactly the same. One did have a small dent and needed to go back. But I measured it as well. I was going to return the second due to it being falsely advertised. But decided to keep it because it's still a good product if you need a backdrop support pole. I honestly wish I would have bought them before I bought the fotoconic they sell on Amazon. The 3 piece ones. These are much better. And not much more expensive at all. The internal joining piece is easier to use as well. But remember again it's 108.5. They fit as they are supposed to inside the paper and then the drive mechanisms go inside.

The only reason I deducted a star is because of the advertised size being off. One did have a small dent but Adorama too care of that. Technically both did but only one was an issue.
