The third leg is uniquely adjustable in height, allowing for easy modification by simply loosening a locking knob and sliding it along the main riser section. This feature is particularly useful when working on uneven terrain or inclines, as it allows for the leveling of the stand for optimal equipment positioning.The kit also includes a 20" Grip Arm with Hex Stud, a robust piece of steel tubing that is 5/8" (16mm) in diameter. This arm is topped with a 2.5" grip head, which is mounted on the end of the arm and finished with a faceted hex stud. This design ensures that lighting fixtures remain securely in place when positioned on the end of the arm. The grip arm's surface is meticulously machined to create a rough texture, providing a non-slip surface for added safety and security. The 2.5" grip head itself is composed of a pair of rotating aluminum discs attached to a 5/8" (16mm) receiver.
