Incapable of holding a charge. The headphones don't sit in the case securely. While the case had a full charge the headphones sit almost dead. These headphones are junk. Stay away.

Garbage product. Do not EVER buy this company's headphones or ear buds. The left ear bud dies within 5 minutes of turning on, no matter how much it has been charged. Audio quality is subpar.

Great product. I owned the McClaren version, sadly lost them on a trip. I enjoyed the quality sound, The ANC worked great as well. The have a nice long play time and recharge very quickly. The McClaren's were unavailable, so I picked these up.

Do not recommend solely because the charging is terrible. 90% of the time I have a fully charged case and dead headphones which is extremely frustrating. Honestly wish I had never bought these!

I'm a big fan of Klipsch and McLaren, but this Klipsch McLaren collab edition earbuds have been a huge disappointment. I've had them for a while now, and the battery life is so terrible that I ended up buying a backup pair from another brand. At first, the right started losing charge about twice as fast as the left. At this point, only one earbud charges properly - the other one still lights up when powered on, but the battery level stays at zero, so it's clearly no longer charging. And even the working earbud drains after about 30 minutes. I no longer have the receipt, so I can't even use the warranty. I really expected better, especially since I've always trusted Klipsch for their quality. Unfortunately, this experience completely changed my perception of the brand. Great sound means nothing if the product doesn't even last a couple of years. I saved and paid a lot for these, yet the cheap earbuds you get at 711 honestly even last longer. The carbon fiber case looks cool, but the earbuds themselves are trash. The microphone is also practically useless - if you take calls while wearing them, you're better off removing them and using your phone directly. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone, and this experience has made me seriously question whether Klipsch still stands for high quality.

My first Klipsch purchase was a set of R-51PM and a 10" subwoofer that are my daily drivers in my home office-- they bring joy to an otherwise potentially mundane workday. My second Klipsch purchase was a Nashville that has a fantastic batter life, enjoyable range of sound (particularly excels at acoustic albums), and quality you can truly feel in your hands. My latest Klipsch experience is the T5 II ANC earbuds. They are sharp and are an improvement in sound and battery performance over a pair of JBL earbuds. To be fair, the JBLs cost about 2/3 in comparison. Regardless, these are a worthy upgrade when on special. I like fit, form, and function of them a lot. I think Klipsch can raise the bar on earbuds and look forward to what is next.

Have been using them for 3 years. The sound is amazing and the value for money rate is great too. The downside - the batteries in both the case and the headphones didn't hold much of the charge (e.g. only an hour or so of playing)

Great as always. I am original owner of McLaren Sport T5. I avoided this ANC version because the product photos made the charge case appear cheap, also the lack of ear wings and wireless charge pad put me off. The charge case supports wireless charging after all. It just doesn't come with a charge pad. I feel bad because that is NOT TRUE about the quality, the case weighs maybe 75 grams (heavy) and is made from steel. It is super high quality. I am sure the sound is just as good, only better due to ANC.

I have always LOVED my Klipsch home stereo components. So getting these was a no-brainer! Unfortunately these miss the mark in multiple ways. Firstly is the Transparency Mode: It's soooooooooo bad! Even if you turn the ANC off, it still constantly kicks in when in louder environments which completely defeats the purpose of transparency mode. If a door slams, a dog barks, if someone is doing the dishes, if a car drives by with loud exhaust, the noise cancelling activates and the pass through transparency stops working until the loud sound is gone. It's just a horrible experience. Okay, so I looked past that flaw by only having one in my ear at a time when I was in an environment where I wanted or needed to hear what was going on around me. That leads me to my next huge issue with these, Connectivity! When I was ready to put the other ear bud in my ear it would either come on but not have any functionality from the on-board buttons, or it would keep repeating "ready to pair" over and over again. Sometimes I could put both buds back in the case and put them back in my ears and that would solve it. Other times I would have to pull my phone back out, go into my Bluetooth settings and re-pair them manually. Using these have become more of an inconvenience than anything. The only reason I got these, was because they were on sale and I figured they would hold me over until the next generation of AirPod Pros were released, but really hoped they would stand up to the Klipsch name and legacy that I have come to know and love over the years and maybe I wouldn't even need the new AirPods. Unfortunately I threw these in a drawer and don't even think about using them.

As a lifelong Klipsch customer I decided to update my wireless earphones with the T5 II ANC. I initially had diffuculty connecting to my Ipad, but a quick factory reset had them connecting as advertised. Unfortunately the will not connect to the Klipsch app.

These sound great. I had them in my ears for several hours. At first I was skeptical that they would stay in my ears. The ANC worked very well blocking out the background noice. They did stay in and were very comfortable. I would've liked to see a retention device so I could wear them while riding my motorcycle. Overall I really like them and highly recommend them. Well worth the price.

Wow these headphones have incredible attention to detail from the many sized ear tips to nodding 3 times to answer a call. The most important aspect of head phones is the sound as Klipsch never fails jus like this product. I pedaled today 36 miles at my usual 18mph pace with these head phones that never slipped, lost contact or felt uncomfortable. The sound was pure as the musicians designed while the units did not suffer in So Florida July AM heat. There are more tweaks and settings I need to adjust and the only negative is FooBar a music app wont play on these, so t?'s one deaf "music" is my source for now. I Highly recommend these over-tech pure sounding headphones!

I have had the McLaren edition for a couple years now. They have been warrantied twice due to poor battery life or for not taking a charge; I am on my third pair (still experiencing the same problem as the last two times). The battery life is absolutely terrible. The right earbud loses charge about 50% faster than the left earbud. I originally purchased them for over $400 and now realize that the earbuds you get on an airplane are better... The carbon fiber case is cool and all but the earbuds are trash. The microphone is useless and if you take calls while wearing them, you better just take them out and put the phone to your ear. I would never recommend these to anyone and now ultimately question whether Klipsch is even a good, high quality company anymore.

These go toe to toe with AirPods Pro at a cheaper price point and a more attractive look in my opinion. Battery life is great and the case is very high quality.

Battery life is poor it will go for naybe 5 hours. Itcomes with a very nice metal case to hold the ear buds and to recharge them. The recharge is hit or miss, the ear piece can be in the holder and still not charge. People tell me that it is hard to hear me whe I am using them. Charging case goes dead quickly. .

I am a committed Klipsch fan dating back to 1981. This is the first product that disappoints me. I was looking for something to replace my $40 Apple Bluetooth ear buds and thought this product would surely sound better. I spent two hours with this product and could not find a way to get low-frequency response. These just sound terrible. I was forced back to my Apple ear buds.
