Has limitations but it works as described. Does not copy music info such as artist, song, etc. You will still need toput your flash drive into a computer to re-label the songs.

The tape player itself is not terrific. But you can you play your tapes in a high quality tape recorder earpiece output directly into the Hamilton AUX port. The Hamilton does a good job converting tape audio to mp3. The use of AUX as an input is barely mentioned in the instructions - but it is a great feature.

Use the AUX port to import audio from higher quality tape recorder

The converter works really well. I printed out the pages of directions to make it a little easier to read. Decided to hook up a single Logitech speaker to it instead of using the earbuds. Doing this allowed me to not only ear the music that was being recorded, but it also gave me the flexibility to do other things around the house.  Great little device!
