It Was great when i bought it every thing works as intended

Great computer

I bought this back in November 2021 and 11/26/2022 it doesn't turn on.  I was working, then closed the the computer and when I tried to open it up, it wouldn't turn on.  In fact, it's been giving me problems since I originally purchased it.  When I tried to turn it on it would constantly delay.  Also, sometimes the touch screen works, sometimes it doesn't  Seems very poor quality. I'd rather spend more on a Dell or HP. At least it'll last longer than a year.

Broke 20 days after Warranty

This is my second Lenovo laptop, and the choice of brands was easy because my first was such a great machine.  (I have owned many brands in the past, and Lenovo is tops for quality of the build.)
I would give this laptop five stars if the speakers were better quality.  My complaint is that the top volume is very disappointing, and I can hardly hear the sound.  My last Lenovo had great speakers with nice volume control.
Overall, I am very pleased with the responsiveness and speed of this computer.  My first non-Intel chip, and I'm happy with the AMD Rysen 5.  The SSD drive is great, and for all the features, the price was a real bargain.
If Lenovo would just correct the speaker issue, this would be a perfect laptop for my needs.

Very nice machine, with one drawback...

Great solid laptop.  I was first wary of the Abyss Blue color, but it is sharp looking.  Nice, fast machine with a great screen resolution.  My only issue is the location of the touch pad on the laptop.  Would make a bit more sense to have it located more in the center or right side, below the keyboard.

Great purchase

After my old Lenovo from 2016 died, I needed a new laptop to WFH with, and this one has been perfect. The screen is much bigger and I love how the keyboard can light up. It is fast and the battery life is great. I don't know if I would recommend it for constant traveling/students since it is a bit heavy but for what I use it for it has been great. The price was really good too.

Exactly what I needed

Bought this because it was smaller than my existing 17" laptop and I feel this hit the spot just right.  
The keyboard is just the right size. any smaller and it would be too small.  Its starts right up and does what I need it to do.

This a great little Machine

The keyboard stopped working after the 2nd use. Last Lenovo lasted 10 years, very disappointed in this one.

i bought this laptop to use in college, keep in mind i'm a marine bio major so i'm not doing any tech heavy activites or running crazy programs on it. 

doing a regular workload of homework + taking a few online classes, this computer hasn't given me any trouble i can think of. i love the fact there's a camera cover built in, it makes me feel much more secure. obviously the touchscreen isn't the greatest in the world, but it's still usable when i want to highlight something on an online worksheet or when i just get tired of clicking stuff & i can just tap the screen

as just an average college student with no real knowledge of the intricate tech stuff, this laptop is perfect and has given me no issues

So far, its been great. Had it for 3 weeks now. The screen seems to be a bit shaky and loose, but it hasn't gotten any worse. Camera is pretty disappointing, only 720p. Battery life is fine, I can get 5 hours when doing pretty heavy workloads, like 20+ browser tabs, and word open. Charges fast, even without the turbo charge (under an hour to get to 80% on conservation mode.) Screen colors are what you would expect from a laptop at this price. Only problems have been with the touchscreen sometimes having random inputs that aren't there. Most glitches have just been Windows 11 acting strange.

Not bad. Great for school and medium workloads.

Using this for a school laptop, and it has plenty of resources for coding, as well as online gaming.

Excellent laptop purchase

Great laptop. Software does everything i need it to do for college, web surfing, and playing videos. The touch screen is an excellent addition and the screen size is perfect.  The battery life isnt as great as I would've hoped for but doesn't take away from the laptops quality at all.

Luddite version plz

The computer works smoothly and efficiently. The only issue I have is the battery life. It's pretty short if you plan on doing any kind of mild gaming (lasting an average of 2hr 30min). It's otherwise pretty great.

This computer is perfect. This is the first time I have treated myself to a brand new computer. I have always taken hand me downs. This computer is super fast. The graphics are awesome. I'm blown away by how sweet this thing is.

I love my new laptop. One of my 'must-haves' when researching laptops was to have 10-keypad since I do a lot with numbers and excel sheets. I accidently touched my screen and was pleasantly surprised to learn that the screen was a touchpad!! 

I will say... I did have 1 hiccup that was quickly resolved by the company. The company had to send me a replacement laptop because the screen was blank every time I started it up; the keyboard backlight was visible, the 'waking-up' alert was working, just the screen wouldn't show. It was a little confusing getting ahold of someone from the company, but once I did, it was a seamless process!

Almost perfect

I like this device - it feels very fast and does everything I need it to. I'm using it primarily for school and work things, and the battery lasts as long as I need it to - I'm sure it could last an entire class day. The keyboard feels nice, and the screen is great as well. Sometimes the speakers can be tinny, but it doesn't really matter to me since I usually use headphones or watch videos on another device.

Very useful device

This laptop fills my needs for a laptop perfectly.  So far, it's been a great tool to use for editing pictures, shopping, keeping up on current events, and reading emails. Price was good for a very nice laptop.
