A breeze to set up. Great for watching movies. 13 feet is kinda hard to fit on my lap though.

156 inch screen is a lot

The screen resolution is poor and the scroll arrows are hard to see and work jumpie.

I'm an older woman that has had a computer for a long time. For me, things are getting more difficult because there are so many new things to learn. So, even getting it set up was a little hard.

Great choice

I bought this laptop for my mom, and within the first day it was already glitching. It took quite some time for it to start. Sometimes the screen would freeze. Overall, I would have returned it but my mom didn't care to, it's not one I'd keep personally.

It's an okay laptop for basic needs

I have been very dissapointed with the laptop. I replaced a 4 yr old laptop, that was made by a different company. I have been using more video conferencing, so I decided to upgrade my computing power. However, the laptop has been slower at every task. I have to wait for it to load every website, even ones I frequent. Sometimes 5 plus seconds. I might expect that if I had gotten the lowest budget machine, but this is a midlevel machine in which I upgraded the RAM and graphics.

Underwhelming, doesn't live up to specs

After two weeks waiting for my laptop because FedEx was terrible and when I started to set up it has been overheating, battery is draining so quickly (about 3-4 hours) and screen has been freezing or getting blue with the message "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart" . I updated Windows 11, drivers and BIOS to their last versions but the issue is still present. It's no common who a new computer with the specs who I bought (Intel Core Ultra 5 Processor and 32GB RAM DDR5) have that kind of problems when it's new so I requested a refund and absolutely don't recommend it.

One is that the CAPS Key canonly be turned on but canceled? the other is why this computer stillconsumes power when it is turned off, can you help me solve this problem?

I bought this for my eighth grade grandson. He was able to set it up on his own.

Good laptop for school and personal use.

We bought this Laptop for my kid who is going to college, and he is very happy with everything, from speed, resolution, size, weight etc. ... thanks guys. also, delivery was great and in neat conditions.

Best for the price

This laptop is decent, but for the price the screen is very low quality. You have to always have it at a certain angle or everything becomes washed out. Better to invest in a different computer with a better screen. This screen seems like it is from the 80s with the grainy quality and matte glare across the entire thing.

I am disappointed only in that it was I who picked the 15:6 inch instead of the larger one. I prefer a bigger screen, so if you have eye issues and need a larger lap monitor I would go with the bigger screen, otherwise perfect!

Everything is good, but the keyboard no backlight

I have had this laptop for several months now and it is exceeding my expectations so far. I had no issues setting it up and it works as advertised. I use it at home plugged in so i can't speak to battery life. I don't really use the touchscreen very often but it is a neat feature. I use it most often for video streaming and web browsing, as well as some word processing. My experience with this laptop has been entirely positive so far and i am typically a pretty critical consumer. As a general purpose laptop i think it is right on target in terms of specs and pricing.

Wzcellwnt general purpose laptop

I'm largely happy with my new laptop, but I wish I could share the computer with my husband so I wouldn't have to buy him his own laptop later.
