ALMOST PERFECT
NOT ENOUGH INK IN THE CARTRIDGES. It only does 47 pages. My old 3630 did twice the amount. I really do not appreciate having to spend only on cartridges. But I do like the printer in its shed. Sleek, perfect size easy set up.

HP 67 Black Original Ink Cartridge for the Win!
I've always had a great experience using the HP 67 Black Original Ink Cartridge. It serves its purpose by doing exactly what I need: providing me with high quality prints or copies of any documents or forms without fading until the end of the cartridge is empty. I've purchased this cartridge along with the HP 67 Color cartridge as well and they've been great.

Preinter is now worthless.
Doesn't work. Replaced Instant Ink Cartridge with cartridges from HP. The printer said I needed to buy HP Cartridges. I conntacted HP for support and got none.

Black ink cartridges not working. Very expensive and annoying.
I am sorry to tell you that the black ink cartridge stopped working after printing less than 30 pages. I do not know if the problem is with the cartridge or with the printer. A second new cartridge also did not print. My very knowledgeable neighbor, who has the same printer, cannot fix the problem. I am not happy.

Very disappointed
The ink cartridge #67 does not communicate with my HP OfficeJet 5258. I had to order the proper ink cartridge from Amazon

Needs to see why the cartages don" t empty .
Ink indicater reads ink is still ata a alevel. Printer woun't print. Put new cartages in and printer works.

Wrong ink
I was led to purchase this ink by your website, incorrectly. You reimbursed me for my purchase, but unable to use. I needed the HP 65, which I purchased locally.

INK CAPACITY
I don't think there is enough ink in theses carrtridges. Also why do you waste my ink by printing out a full page of alignments. Tht is about two pages of ink that I would use for my personal use.

Forced to Buy New Ink & Throwout the Old
I was using the proper ink in the printer and it suddenly stopped working, then I was forced to purchase the newest HP ink and had to throw out my stores of ink. Great for the environment and my pocket - NOT!

Printed very few pages with INK . I kept getting the error, that I had non origional ink !! Not true. I ran a fix on it, 2 different times, but nothing changed.

Cartridges haven't helped
I have had trouble with my printer since I got it. Even with new cartridges for some reason it's not working. It tells me it's not connected to the Internet when it is and I can't seem to get any understandable Customer Service.

High cost, low yield.
Don't waste your money on purchasing the standard ink cartridges, because they run out of ink way before the minimum print pages HP proclaims they'll print. And, I'm not even sure that the XL version cartridges will meet the minimum print page requirements either. Unfortunately, newer HP printers will not work with generic, aftermarket ink cartridges, that could provide a more economical alternative.
