HP is a great company and stands by their product
I am well-stocked with black/color cartridges because I had to buy one when I was totally out of the multi-color cartridge.
The purchased and new cartridge fit very easily. Not sure how the wrong one got shipped when I was due new cartridges.

Contents of Cartridges
I thought I would enjoy the convenience of ordering my cartridges online. After printing "3" one-page documents, I received a pop-up notice that my cartridge was half full, and I needed to replace it. Very disappointed with my purchase.

Not happy with HP ink cartridges
I bought these but they still don't work. The E printer is problematic and the error code of "E" is not helpful. I bought the printer because the existing HP printer I had for 2 years mysteriously stopped working. I'm done with HP products and bought another brand of printer so I don't have to deal with HPs built in reliance on using HP ink.

Great ink; high cost.
The only reason I don't give my HP ink a 5 star review is the price. It is too expensive for what is essentially a monopoly that pretty much locks us in to using HP ink in our--wonderful--HP printers. Can you develop some "loyalty program," or something, so costs gradually decrease for those of us with HP printers we love who find buying necessary ink difficult. 15 cents a page, just for ink, is a lot.

Everything is great, except cost per page.
As always, HP ink-ordering is smooth, efficient, quick--and the cartridges work. Sadly, also as always, the price is absurd. Please find a way to get ink prices down. ~$0.15 per page is absurd, but your system pretty much locks us in. Instant-Ink has way too many challenges for me. You have a great product; you are making a massive profit on it; please, lower ink prices

Difficult to contact
I was using HP to supply my ink. When I tried to find a contact to talk to someone, I could not locate any way. The ink level on my colored cartridge displayed as adequate. There is no red. I was unable to resolve my issue, so I canceled my subscription. I ordered 2 cartridges but am now told I can not use them.
I'm confused and annoyed with this service.

Buying ink on-line through Hewlitt Packard was really easy. If you want your HP printer to run.
If you have an HP printer, then you should buy HP ink to help support your printer.

Easier to order when I need, not when HP knows how many sheets I used and when I need more ink. Don't do that. If you use the subscription service, and you run out of ink, then buy it yourself, they cut off your printing power. That is TOO much in my personal business. Creepy, too. And then they don't tell you how to get your printer running again.

Excellent Customer Service
Your agent was very patient while I inserted the ink cartridge. I am 85 and printer issues were my husband's responsibility, and he passed away 2 years ago. My son took care until now and I wanted to learn on my own
