Fast and looks clean. Not great for headphones
Looks great, works well charging my iPhone and Apple Watch. Fast and convenient.
I am giving three stars because it does not charge my headphones.

Low Wattage
Lack of wattage makes this a no go for me; Why would anyone settle for subpar performance new phones want 72 plus watts for rapid charging

Bad performance
It worked pretty well at first but ever since I upgraded my watch it did not charge it as fast anymore. Takes forever to charge my phone I stopped using it for the phone. Terrible at charging more than one device at a time

Bad Quality of Chargers 2nd one
Worked on Friday Stopped charging on Saturday, this is the 2nd Berlin charger that did this. Do they break on purpose to force you to buy another one?

Great Until It Wasn't!
I loved this until it died in less than a year of use. Suddenly nothing charges. I suspect it is the plug in device but no replacement is apparently available. Expensive for something that doesn't last!

Slow charge
I am very disappointed in this device and how long it takes to charge my phone.
Not worth the $ and wish I could return for something different.

Stopped working just past warranty
The product completely stopped working out of the blue 28 months after purchase with a 24 month warranty window and Belkin would not do anything about it. For the price, a pretty disappointing outcome.

Mixed feelings
The products are fine. I get a least an email a day asking to buy more. I unsubscribe every time I get one and they keep coming. I don't respect or purchase from vendors that ignore my requests, and therer are lots of these types of products on the market but I do enjoy my product from belkin

Waste of money
Nothing on this rapid charges and, in all honesty, it charges slower than any other charging option I have. It's even difficult to get your devices to start charging unless you keep adjusting them to fit just so on the dock. Feels like a big waste the money. The customer service is awful too. Very disappointed.

Not worth the money, best to have separate charger
After owning this for 2 months it failed to charge the watch. The iPhone will still charge but not the Apple Watch.

Very Durable - opening trick
very durable, great for outside use or rough use (like my wife's keychain!).
Some comments about being hard to open. I find that to be a feature. My "trick" is to gently pry the keyring tag apart and wedge open with a credit card. Then it will pivot open.

Watch settings/ lack of written instructikns
Just opened the box - it was a gift from Apple. The lack of a manual / instructions is very annoying. There are apparently different settings for different Apple I watches. With a bunch of diagrams that tell you that there are three different watch settings without any clue as to how you move the settings and which settings you should move it to.

Too hard to open
It's impossible to open. There is no grip to the surface so there's no way to rotate the front away from the back.

Warranty replacement product works fantastic!
Thank you for replacing the MagSafe 3 in 1 charging stand. I was so mad when the original one I purchased didn't work at all out of the box. The replacement one is perfect! Works beautifully. Finally I can charge all my products in one spot with one cord! Thanks for making this exchange smooth and hassle-free.

Have used that before but hard to open last two
Have had some of these for years but the most recent iteration of this product is impossible to open to remove the air tag. Oversold and overpriced with no good phone support. Looking elsewhere for AirTag holders from now on.

DO NOT BUY WIZ017
The WIZ017 Charging Station has a phone pad fixed in a tilted position. Phone in a case just slides right off.
Can't identify the WIZ017 based on description on the box -- that information is printed on the bottom of the charger. Belkin customer information is very thin -- no written information, just pictures which are useless.

It all looks/works great, except...
It all looks great, except for the charging pad area: there is a very bright led light there for the entire time something is on it!! It's bright enough to be VERY annoying!! Why put such a bright light there?!? Why doesn't it go off in a couple seconds?

Great product
I have two, may by a third for travel, and think it is great as I can charge two phones and my watch or a phone, ear pods, and my watch. It is easy to use, looks great, and works.

Out of the box, one opened, one will not...
One brand new one will not open. I did fairly easily open and re-close one, but the other is locked in place, and I'm afraid of either breaking it or hurting my hands if I force it. There are other reviews and videos online indicating that others have had this same problem. And yes, I'm following directions.

Why doesn't the unit charge AirPods? Why?
The unit initially seemed to be a great idea. My iPhone 15 charges as well as my watch. The AirPods?not so much. Then I read other users having the same problem!. They don't charge at all. For the price, one would expect a fully functional unit.

Lack of Real Support and No Way to Respond Back
So, left a review the other day, and got a response from Belkin via the review. Was directed to call support, which I did first think in the morning when support was supposed to be available. Waited on hold for almost 45 minutes. At least I got to hear classical music while on hold. Guess there is really few if any real people to assist customers.
I would have updated my review, but it appears that there is no option to do that. Perhaps the reason is that Belkin gets the last word, and can appear to be helpful without actually doing anything real.
At this time, seems my BoostCharge Pro will be my final Belkin product. I am quite annoyed at this point that the suggestion to reach out to support based on my prior review resulted in an utter waste of my time.

iPhone 15 Charging Performance is Poor
iPhone 15 Pro Max charging performs poorly in my view.
When originally purchased, I had a iPhone 11, and I assumed the weak charging performance was based the phone being older and not specifically a MagSafe device. Recently, I updated to a new phone, and the charging performance is slow. The phone can sit on the charger for an hour and perhaps the charge increases a few percent. Not sure what I fully expected, but it was certainly better than this for a premium product.
Just glad it charges my AirPods and iWatch at this point. Otherwise, I would give up on the charger.
