This unique feature offers a dedicated solution for utilizing Cat5 or Cat6 Ethernet cables for transmitting DMX lighting control, enhancing the efficiency and versatility of your lighting setup.

The CatdusaDMX box is designed to be easily attached to each end of a cable terminated with RJ45 connectors. From there, you can use five-pin DMX cables to connect to your equipment, streamlining the setup process. Notably, pins 4 and 5 of the XLR connectors are not wired, enabling four universes and facilitating conversion from five-pin to three-pin with the use of a standard Catdusa box at one end.

The CatdusaDMX box features four circuits, each utilizing the four twisted pairs of the Cat cable. This design ensures optimal signal transmission and reduces the risk of interference. Each circuit is equipped with both male and female five-pin XLR connectors, allowing for easy bidirectional signal configurations and enhancing the flexibility of your setup.
