The device supports high-quality WAV format recording (44.1kHz/32kHz, 16 bit) and comes with a 1GB memory card. It also features an automatic gain control (AGC) function, which adjusts the playback volume to a reference level for consistent audio output.

This digital announcer offers flexible sound source customization, allowing users to create, edit, or update sound source files directly. You can input new phrases or combine prerecorded phrases to create audio programs tailored to your specific PA needs. The device can store up to 32,768 sound source files and 256 audio programs on a memory card. It also comes preinstalled with 35 sound source files for immediate use.

The TOA EV-700 Digital Announcer comes with dedicated software that enables remote setting and operation. Staff in any networked location can create, edit, store, and activate broadcast programs on a PC. The device can also activate broadcasting patterns in a connected matrix device during playback of sound source files. Emergency broadcasts are prioritized in emergency situations, and the broadcasting zones and number or lengths of repeat broadcasts can be set in advance.
