Tracking game in dense foliage and brush just got a little bit easier, thanks to Steiner's 12x30 Predator binoculars. These portable minis pack a powerful punch. At 12x-power, and less than 11 ounces, hunters can spot game from hundreds of yards away, and not have to worry about carrying the extra weight of full-size optics.
The Predators are roof-prism binoculars equipped with Steiner's High-Contrast lens coating system, a greenish objective lens coating that adds contrast to game animals against woodland backgrounds and makes wildlife detection much easier for the human eye.
The High-Contrast lens coating helps hunters distinguish game against foliated backgrounds by filtering out green light and maximizing transmission of red colors. When scanning a wooded area with a Steiner Predator binocular, game animals seem to pop out of the background scenery.
