The battery stands better than the original battery I had on my headlamp Nebo Transcend 1000- lumens. The battery last until It used all of its  charged energy without worrying that it will die in few minutes after I fully charged. A good made battery!

Nitecore 2300mAh Rechargeable Battery

I reached out to customer service regarding my MH23 light not going on-even though it indicated that battery was fully charged. It turned out that it was a compatibility issue with the battery I was using. Nitrcore sent my light back with a free NL1835HP battery- problem solved quickly and reason why I keep purchasing their products!!

I received tested replacement battery last week. I placed in Nitecore charger #UM10. The replacement battery tested 100%. I put this battery in my flashlight. Today 9/8/23 I used the flashlight for less than 5min and the flashlight died. I removed the battery and it was warm to touch at the silver positive button. I put it in Nitecore charger #UM10 and it tested 1%. I removed from charger because tested  replacemnt became much more warm in charger. Out of fear the battery would explode or catch fire I put the tested replacement battery in a jar of water. The 6year old Nitecore battery I have had since 2017 will have to suffice until I find another 2300mAh rechargeable battrery. PLEASE REFUND THE PRICE AND SHIPPING COST OF THE BATTERY. tHANK YOU JOAN WALTERS

2300mah battery

My mh-40 flashlight still does not work with new batteries. I have tried to talk to someone about my problem. With no results. Flashlight will not charge. After overnight charge flashlight will only have small light on.  What is wrong.  I like flashlight.  Let me know what to do. Tks

I bought my first set of batteries about 7 years ago, and they lasted until March 2022.  I would say I got my money's worth.  I don't think that's typical, but it is typical of the quality of Nitecore products that I own.  Also the super fast shipment and delivery from the Nitecore Store was an added bonus I didn't expect (but appreciate).  I don't want to sound like a commercial, but I can depend on Nitecore.

Ordered 10 NL 183 batteries and ran into some obstacles with shipping. USPS returned my order to Nitecore, but Matt B. from Customer Service was prompt and got me squared away. Resent the order to an alternative address and I received the batteries without issue.
