Solid choice for a sturdy monopod

The MC-34 RRS monopod is a solid choice. The leg locks operate smoothly and quickly and together with the RRS MH-02 head make for a robust support of even heavy cameras. But all that is assuming that one knows how to get the most out of a monopod.
