Quality and size are as advertised. My Nikon 200-500mm telephoto lens just fits along with the lens hood. It pretty much fills up the entire case, so there isn't much 'give' to allow for storage of items in the side pockets.

This cover seems more durable than the one supplied by Tamron. Lens fits like a glove. Adorama seems to always have just what I need, at a price better than their competitors! Fast Shipping too!

This case is a gamechanger because of the quick and easy lens access, the removeable shoulder straps, and the two side pockets which are perfect for quickly storing a lens cap or a filter (including my 95mm). I've now bought 3! They are a perfect fit for my RF 600 with the hood on, my RF 800 with the hood reversed, and my Tamron 200-500 with the hood reversed. It also accommodates the lenses with the tripod shoe left on. A perfect case!

It is what was described but if you want a case that includes room for the camera being attached too this one will not fit. Otherwise it is a nice, sturdy snug case at a good price.

Just as pictured. Holds my Tamron lens snugly and protects it well. Only downside for me is that it lacks a handle on the side and so must be carried vertically.

I have had this case and use it for my Tamron 150 - 600 G2. It is perfect for my needs. Offers great protection and both the lens and case have seen lots of use and are like new. I use this lens and case in the outdoors at farms, parks and wilderness and after two years they are still like new.

The lens does fit inside with the arca swiss tripod mount attached. The first two cases I bought for the lens were too small!! Big whoop! It should. It was made for the lens! My criticism of the case is that the zipper closure design does not seal out dust as well as it should. I keep the lens in a plastic bag inside the case.

First off, this item should come with the lens! The bag that Tamron includes is pretty weak. Next, The Case itself- It fits quite snug- like just a tad small but it still fits the G2 lens snug. I think this was made for thr first gen 150-600 and maybe it was a little smaller around. This case is also not dust-proof- the front flap just velcos over the top and the front zips open to slide lens in and out. Not sealed up. Side pockets are pretty much useless. The tight fit around the lens does not allow a filter to slide into these pockets, and there is zero room inside to keep a polarizer or other filter. Back of this case has one loop toward the top. For the price it should be able to to lashed to another bag or backpack (and be sealed up too!) I previously had a Sigma 150-500 and it came with a nice roomy but secure fully zippered case. It is a much better case but larger. I wish I would have ordered a LowePro case instead.

This bag is great for the Tamron 150-600. I love how it opens with two zips which allows easy to remove and put lens away. Has a nice carrying handle and cross over shoulder strap. Great way to store and transport lens. And extra storage with pocket on the outside. Highly recommend this bag.

This case fits the lens it was designed for very nicely!! No need to remove tripod mount. It will accommodate the hood as well. Has some extra pockets. Nice design. If you're looking for a case for the lens this is designed for... this is really the one you would want to get!

I was quite surprised by how nice the lens case fit my lens, and the fact that it is versatile due to the carrying strap that comes with it, to make it easier to transport on my shoulder.

I take a lot of wildlife photos and I just got a Tamron SP 150-600mm f/5-6.3 telephoto lens. This case is perfect for protecting the lens and the large strap makes it easy to carry. The side pockets are an added bonus. There is nothing lacking with this case and I give it five stars.
