Works great! Excellent design
This is currently (November 2016) the only plate available for an XT-2. I have two XT-2 cameras, but initially only bought one plate because this Kirk plate has a quirky 3/4 length design. As soon as it arrived and I installed it, I ordered a second. The 3/4 length allows it to do everything (well, okay 90%) you want a plate to do, but it leaves the battery door free and clear.
