Really nice headset for working from home. I love how when I raise the mic it automatically mutes my sound

Great work from home headset

This headset has excellent build quality but is a little lacking in technology, especially around the noise cancellation. When installing, be sure to only install one profile on the computer to ensure good functionality. Once I realized I had multiple versions installed that were conflicting, functionality was greatly improved. HP and Poly customer service is outstanding.

Quality and respond to the description

I use RingCentral, and this headset is listed as compatible. However, it occasionally dropped the Bluetooth connection when I first used it. Support advised that this happened as there is not targeted software yet for RingCentral. I was advised to repair the headset and it has not happened since. 

Hopefully, the software will be available before it happens again.

Great headset when it works.

Great and comfortable headset with amazing background noise cancellation. I walk on a treadmill during meetings and no one can hear it in the background. Thought they do have a bounce to them that causes a thumping sound, all else is great.

Great and comfortable headset with amazing background noise cancellation

Sound and microphone quality are great, and they are comfortable. They have annoying flaws. Sometimes when paired to both computer (through USB) and phone, music from the phone will immediately be paused whenever you try to hit play. Noises made by the computer pause music, and it doesn't play again. Some days I hit "play" 30 times to get the music going again. When they are placed on the dock, they should disconnect from the phone, but they don't. Your phones audio will continue to go to the headset, sitting unused on the dock, until you fiddle with bluetooth settings.

Good sound quality, but finicky behavior makes them not worth the price

Tried using other headphones to WFH, have to say this headset by far has provided the clearest sound when using for phone calls or zoom msft teams. Highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed.

Best WFH headset for SNC

My team absolutely loves these. Perfect for a shared office space. Our clients can hear NO background noise.

Exceptional product.

The noise canceling is AMAZING. My baby can scream in the background, as loud as she wants, and NO ONE on the call can hear! It's like a miracle. HOWEVER, the headset frequently puts itself on Mute, often whiile I'm talking. The headset also frequently disconnects, and I have to reconnect. The disconnections are so frequent, I came to write this review.
