They suck and they broke with in a year of having them

They never stay connected!!!

I loved them for the first year and then they fell apart a few days after the 1-year warranty expired. I replaced them with AirPods -- better sound and better warranty.

Great earphones

While the sound is acceptable, I cannot get these buds to stay in my ears unless I'm perfectly still.  They are not practical for any activity, even light housework.  I have tried every attachment that came with these earbuds and even other rubber pieces designed for different earpiece models and nothing works.  The ambient sound feature is off-putting and the controls are so sensitive that I cannot adjust the buds without pausing the audio or turning it on.  The charging case and UV 'cleaning' feature are nice touches, but the product itself is not worth it.

Okay Sound, Terrible Fit

I'm loving these ear buds, the only issue I've faced is occasional disconnecting from my phones Bluetooth.  But turning off and on the Bluetooth on my phone and reconnecting  the buds fixes the issue.

This is my 2nd Pair.
I keep one pair for my LG Phone and I keep this pair at home for my Sound System, also LG - XBoom when my wife wants quiet and I want tunes :).
These are great.  The quality and sound are outstanding

they sound great but the app sucks, one earbud stopped working, and ambient sound on the earbud that does work just makes a buzzing noise.

I like it at first but then one ear stopped working

These earbud have given me nothing but trouble since I've purchased them.  Most of the time when making calls people can't hear me but all my background noise comes in perfectly clear.  Today my left earbud just became disconnected and won't connect regardless of them being in the case.  This are total trash and I wish I could get my money back.

I bought these not even a year ago and today they just stopped working. I've charged them and everything. I even unpaired them and when I tried to pair them again they won't pair with my phone. What a waste of money

Good until!

It may seem absurd to pay $150 for ear buds when WalMart is selling them for $29.95 but I read good reviews of the LG noise canceling models.  They charged well and the UV sterilization seems to add a level of reassurance given my propensity to get outer ear canal irritation with all ear plugs/ buds etc.  I am sorely disappointed that the buds cut out from time to time - apparently unrelated to position, distance from source or my movement.  It can be one side or both and can last a half second or ten.  They are fully charged and not in a high electro- magnetic zone.  Others noted this but I thought it was pretty rare and took a chance.  I also note that exchanging the buds didn?t help- it is the nature of these tiny Bluetooth devices I guess. My  Bose Bluetooth speaker never cuts out after linking- unless I go out of range.  So, caveat emptor. Let the buyer beware.  All in all I can?t complain this early. ( unwrapped them two days ago on Christmas)

Can cut out unexpectedly

The design and feel of the case are top notch. It fits in my pocket very easily. The buds feel good in the ear and sound good. I purchased these back in February and the left bud stopped working. Tried troubleshooting but had no luck. I sent the buds back in October but the repair is still pending sith no updates

Great for work calls

Mine broke after 8 months due to my negligence. LG paid overnight shipping their and back. I had my buds back working perfect 3 days later.

Love them

One ear bud always ends up failing to charge after a few months of owning these. The sounds is really good, but they do not last and are just not worth it. I will never be buying anything LG related again.

I got the item as a gift and it worked great. Now the right ear goes out. I sent it back for repair and I'm having the same problem. The repair process is horrible, I'm not satisfied with them at all. It has been a painful experience. I will never recommend nor purchase an LG product again.

I use my ear buds every day and they provide agood quality sound.  Phone calls received while using the ear buds are handled without any problems.  Hearing the caller or them hearing me had never been a problem. There are times where they have trouble connecting to my phone,  but putting the buds back in the base solves that problem.
