Panasonic KX-TCA430 Over the Head Headset

Seems to work, but not what I was looking for. I'm trying to find a headset without any apparatus in the middle, just a plain cord from the headset to the plug. It looks like that's what it was online but I was mistaken.

I have Panasonic cordless phones and a couple of other headsets I tried did not work. I am very pleased with the Panasonic KX-TCA430 headset. I use all the time while working. Great product! Great fast service! Great price!

When I bought the four phone Panasonic set I bought 4 head sets at Staples as well but kept hearing complaints of not hearing me well. An Panasonic attendant told me to get a Panasonic head set and that won't happen. He was 101 percent right. thank you

I volunteer with Global Media Outreach and have some extended phone calls. Using this headset really helps as I can multitask while on the phone. This is the third one I have ordered...they do wear out after a time...but at the price I find the value is perfect.

I am hard of hearing and use the headset because it's light and clear. The only complaint is that the same model headset lasted two weeks longer than the one (1) guarantee before it crashed. The new one, same model, only has a 90 day guarantee, but I've been using this, or similar model for quite a few years.

It is the only headset that will work with my system. The sound is just adequate at highest volume. Not enough for soft spoken people. The wire to the phone is too short and restricts my movement.

I've bought this product multiple times. I like the ease of use, the weight and feel of the product...but it keeps malfunctioning and I have to order a new one. This last one only lasted 4 1/2 months. I am very unsatisfied with how quickly this product seems to stop working. I kept ordering because of the price, but I will now spend more elsewhere so that I get a product that offers both performance, comfort and longevity. Not happy.

The best telephone headset for the price. Own two. Highly recommend! I encourage Panasonic to KEEP this HEADSET on the market. I use these headsets with the KX-TGxxxx cordless handsets (another GREAT product!).

I have bought this headset many times in the past. I really like it. It only lives for so long due to the wear and tear of my office and lifestyle. There is no buzzing, it doesn't dstort the sound at all. Mute button works great too.

This headset is just what I need. When I know I will be using the phone for more than 10 minutes, (eg. talking to Tech. Support to resolve a problem, on with grandchildren & relatives, etc.) I grab the headset. Especially like the mute & volume control features. Now my arm doesn't get tried from holding the phone to my ear and I'm free to write as I talk. Thank you Panasonic.

So far, so good. I haven't had the opportunity to use it very often yet, but the few times that I have it has performed very well. The sound quality is well above average.

I have used Panasonic headsets that didn't work, well. This one works well for the price. Value for Price = Excellent We'll see how long it lasts compared to the higher priced headsets, if at all. This will be my next test of endurance for this product.

Headset does not meet my expectations. I must frequently adjust the position of the mike for the person I am talking to to hear me even when it is pretty close proximity to my mouth. Very annoying. I'm sure that headsets used in call centers don't have this problem. Also the 4' cord length is very restrictive. If I plug the headset into the base unit (instead of a remote remote phone unit) I can't even sit back in my chair. The cord is just not long enough. Overall, I would rate this product as unsatisfactory.

I ordered this set because I was unable to find an aftermarket set that worked. The ordering was easy & the phone person was extremely helpful. This is definitely a two thumbs up product. I like the ability to fold this unit for storage when it is not needed.

The ear piece and headset is not a comfortable fit. It just does not sit right and does not feel right. The connection ptecethat goes into the phone does not fit tight and falls out easily.

I had a Bluetooth wireless headset with my previous AT&T phone, but the headset gave an echo when I switched to the Panasonic phone (even through it has Bluetooth technology and my headset was on the Panasonic list as compatible). So, I purchased the wired headset. The audio quality is excellent and everyone has said that they hear my voice. However, the headset feels very "old-school" and outdated. Compared with the Bluetooth headset, this is clunky, the mouthpiece gets in the way if you want to sip some water, and the wire is irritating and restrictive. It only gives you a range of 4 feet, whereas I had relatively unlimited movement with the Bluetooth. I'll switch to a phone and headset from another company at some point. It's hard to regress to this when you've experienced the freedom of the Bluetooth.

This headset seems to be quite well-made and thoughtfully designed. It works well. I've not owned it long enough to know how durable it is, but, if it's like any of my other Panasonic telephone gear, it'll be fine.

By buying this direct from Panasonic, I got what I wanted, namely a flexible microphone arm to put the mic right in front of my mouth, and the whole unit i just what I need. People at other end can't tell I have on a headset. Delighted.
