Do not buy this arrived dead and unable to use the return exchange is a joke the technician suggested just to return to get my money back but that has been even more of a nightmare. It has been over a month still no processed refund and the customer service team is terrible. If I were to buy this again I would never buy from the website again go through a different vendor who will be more helpful better yet just buy a different brand of product that is not this

Terrible decision

I have the station at my home computer, and this for remote work. I love the way I can swap drives on the fly and have all my data reading in a flash. I move a lot of data, so having the ability to swap blades without having to be limited to a stand alone encloser for each drive is a hug bonus.

Fast transfers and great portability

I would honestly give this product zero stars if I could. I do not recommend this product to anyone because it was dead on arrival. I had tried to exchange it through the warranty process, and it has been a nightmare. Save your money and just buy a different product the idea sound cool but do not buy this one it just a fancy paper weight. the customer service has been very unhelpful with constant transfering and no solid confirmation on anything.

Fast!

Love the pro blade form factor. Transport is a bit bulky but I get the need for heat sinking. Would love to see a compact double blade version or a transport with power delivery and an SD card slot.

Super fast data transfer for video editing

In 2023 I purchased SanDisk Blade products specifically for the speed of downloading video and large file media, directly from my cameras and cinema drone. All my media is in either Raw or AppleProRes format. These Blade products work very well, fast and has saved me on production my time and I'm a very satisfied customer.
I recommend the SanDisk Blade, Transport and Station to all consumers where saving space, quality, time and professional detail is a must.

The transport is an excellent piece of kit for someone who needs external storage on the go.  Pairing them with Pro-Blade mags is a space saver over constantly purchasing comparable external SSD's.

Exceptionally robust and fast

I bought the 4TB transport, and a pro blade station.  The 4TB mag blade itself worked just fine in the station, but the transport didn't work at all.  In the transport, the drive didn't even show up in the computer.  Not sure how this could get past QC?  The replacement process has been an absolute nightmare... Get it together WD

Transport was DOA, replacement is a slog

It is inexcusable today to not use Thunderbolt.  It is also baked into the USB4 spec.  Any SSD drive will be crippled because of this decision.  Why the proprietary connector between the doc and sled?  Is there a problem with using the USBc connector?

This drive is a solution looking for a problem.

Where's the Thunderbolt version?

Hugely costly but cannot use because the device is not recognised by Windows 10 or Windows 11 PC's and no instructions to accompany the unit about how to overcome this. Unable to get help from SanDisk Pro website. Emailed the support email for Europe but my email was undeliverable. The box says Windows 10 is suitable "via reformat" but unable to format drive as it is not recognised by PC. Tried to use with iMac but got error message saying not enough power available. Trying very hard to get help, so far without success.

Was supposed to receive a free carry case with it. There was no were to add to purchase and when I called and complained no one ever got back to me other than that everything is good so far
