Excellent service and sooner delivery than expected
Excellent response when I had questions regarding the product and delivery. However I was told that the delivery would be on hold and take place sometime next month but it came way sooner, I wanted to hold the shipment for a while.

Solid Sonos Surround system at a reasonable price

First time Sonos buyer and will not be the last
I was hesitated to get the big $2k+ bundle since I already have a pretty decent pair standing speakers in my living room. Bit the bullet at the end and since then I have already bought another two pairs of ERA 100 and 300 for my bedroom. The app is easy to use, I have the 15 mins sleep running every night along with my night light and woke up to epic music playlist everyday. My day has never been the same again :3

Ultra from Adorama and couldn't be happier. Shipping from Adorama was fast and the product arrived well-packaged. Even the Era 300s that were backordered till May 2026 at the time of placing the order came early (April 1st week). The setup was straightforward and the Dolby Atmos sound quality is incredible. Everything integrates seamlessly through the Sonos app and the system looks as good as it sounds. Highly recommend both the Sonos immersive set and Adorama for a reliable purchase experience.

Fantastic product!!!
I wish this unit would pair with a single Era 100 speaker seamlessly. Unfortunately, some of the voice cuts out. My wife has hearing difficulties, so I purchased the Era 100 speaker to place by her.

Very good system
The ARC Ultra by itself is OK. When combined with the Sub and Era 300's its much better. I've experienced some connection issues.

Almost perfect!
We use the arc ultra exclusively for our tv, however the app insists on bleeding music over to its channel without permission from us. Turn on the tv and we have to go into the app to un mute

Simple excellence
Down sized from a home theatre setup to this wonderfully simple setup. Excellent for tv and great on movie nights. Hard to believe the sound quality from this device. I just love it.

I would buy this product again.
Bought it to use with our new 83" Samsung Oled tv in our home in Michigan. But for now we're using it in our Rv in Florida. We can now easily hear every word spoken, as before we often times could only hear about half. Now, sometimes we both jump, at some of the great, startling moments in the movie, because of the incredible sound.

Great sound from a very compact bar
Bought this soundbar to go with our new 55" 4K TV and am delighted with it. Speech is clear, amazingly good bass from such a small profile bar (it is very long though - it'll look daft under a TV smaller than 50"). Our TV is in our Kitchen/Diner/Lounge which is a weird shape and yet the sound is very clear whilst watching TV.
Great for streaming audio too

Beautiful sounding bar and sub. A bit hard to pair the sub at first but once done, very reliable.

A Worthy Upgrade from the Arc
I was hesitant about upgrading from my Arc to the Arc Ultra. Would the incremental improvement over the Arc justify the cost of the Arc Ultra? But after a phone conversation with Sonos, I decided to give it try, and I can honestly say that the upgrade was worth the cost. Richer sound for Dolby Atmos content, improved dialogue enhancement.

My Ultimate Sound Bar!
I finally upgraded my TV and Sound bar after over 10 years! I found the Sonos Arc Ultra on Sale and could not pass this up! The quality of the sound is amazing! It was easy to connect via the HDMI eARC port to my TV. I do wish it would display on the TV what the volume level is at. Still learning the app, but no REAL issues so far.

Nice upgrade from Sonos Arc
I have live in the Sonos ecosystem for over 15+ years and I have it implemented in every single room of my house. I ditched the days of components and went w/Sonos due to its multiroom capabilities and ease of use. Highly recommended!!!
