I bought the quiet comfort ear phones in grey and I love them. I like having ear phones that do not require Bluetooth. I had an older model of these from back in the day that were even more sound blocking and smaller, but these work for me. They are not meant to sleep in, but you can relax in flight with them comfortably.

First pair I've purchased for myself, I love them. Had tried out friends' before and wasn't sure about them - the noise canceling feature seemed to give me headaches but these have been great so far. Being able to switch between the aware and quiet easily is a nice touch. Sound is great, battery lasts much longer than I expected.

I like everything EXCEPT the noise of things like steam, water running, etc in the background can be heard like horrible static in the headphones. People I"m talking to on the phone say the background traffic noise s so loud they can't talk to me, or water running is too loud for them to hear me even though it's all "normal". When I use a steamcleaner that's quite loud, I used to listen to podcasts with headphones on and now I can't bc these new ones are almost too good----the reception is too loud.

Purchased refurbished headphones about a month ago and can't say that I'm blown away by the sound quality. First issue is that sound seems flat- like I can't get enough treble (to my liking),secondly I find that when I touch the outside of the headphones a static sound appears and effects the sound quality. Have a feeling it has something to do with noise cancellation feature but pretty disappointing considering price point. Regrettably I would have to say knowing what I know now I probably would NOT have purchased.

These are the best pair of headphones I've ever owned! The sound quality is absolutely amazing and clear! They are also super comfortable and light. The noise canceling is superb! I love the Ice Blue color too! Listening to music in these is like stepping into the song - it just takes you to another dimension! Buy these, highly recommended!

WHAT IS GREAT! These headphones are SUPER light weight and the large print left and right labels inside each headphone is EVERYTHING. The fold desire makes it easy to safely place into the soft case. They are a comfortable fit even with some of my more exquisite hair styles. You don't have to turn the volume up to get clear sound quality for conversations. The on / off button is easy to find. WHAT IS NOT DO GREAR The color is not as I expected. It is absolutely light blue but for some reason I was looking for not such a matte finish. The sound quality is NOT what I expected from BODE. There is plenty of bass but the nuances I hear in my BEATS is not there. The voice to connect sounds creepy and extra robotic. The provided charger is might short but I make it work. The connection to Apple products is not the best, but with a few tries it works. I would not purchase this particular headset again.

Product is NOT POOR, Bose site IS VERY POOR !!! My headphones are fine, dealing with Bose is the problem, NEVER had so much trouble making an order online !! A simple order of one item ,in my experience, four orders now, takes over an hour !!! I think I may try Sonos or maybe Sony next time. If they really care about the customers, Bose should open stores and shut down online shopping!!! Just MY opinion !!

The sound quality is amazing and the noise cancellation is the best I've ever experienced. The color is also amazing and they are quite comfortable. Overall, I really love these headphones and they really enhance my listening experience.

Love the color and the look only thing I have to add is that I wish was more noise canceling , was good the first 2 weeks and after not like b4 . This is the 4th pair I have from Bose so I know wha to expect but I thought this year will be better

I'm very happy with my new Bose QuietComfort headphones. I got the Twilight Blue color, which looks just like what's pictured. They are very comfortable over my ears and the noise canceling option works great. They are a wee big on my little head, but not so much that I'd want to send them back.

Omggg I love my pink Bose headphones! I love hearing the sound of the music and I own Beats headphones but wow the Bose headphones are so good. It was above my expectations but I have Bose speakers and bought the sound bar. So I know how excellent Bose products are! The headphones are so comfortable and they don't squeeze my head! I am enjoying my Bose QuietComfort Headphones very much. The sounds is amazing and I especially love the quiet feature. The only thing I wish they had was an adjustment to make the headphones smaller. I obviously don't have a huge head and they often fall forward. I make it work because I like them but I wish there was an insert of some sort that I could add.

Love the sound! I have tinnitus and it can be difficult for me to hear in a noisy area. The Bose Headphones help make is super quiet when I'm working in an open office space that can get very loud. A little expensive but, worth the price. 4 out of 5 stars.

I purchased these for my wife after having her listen to my Bose quiet comfort head phones. I had previously purchased her some beats headphones that she found were quite heavy and uncomfortable. She had also stated that the noise cancellation was not as good as my Bose headphones. After her receiving and settling up her new Bose headphones she loves them.

Love these headphones! They have excellent sound, they fit amazingly well, and are very comfortable! The larger oval ear cups block out sound wonderfully. They are not painfully tight like some I have tried, and I can even wear my glasses comfortably with them on. My husband tried mine and we immediately ordered a him a set as well! I am a petite woman, he is a 6', 200 pound guy and they are a perfect fit for both of us.

I received the Bose headphones. The sound is clear . I thought it would give a bigger bang for the bucks. The volume doesn't reach the heights I'm hoping for. It's connected to a I 15 plus phone. Also I've lost the connection a few times and it is difficult to reconnect When I open the Bose app, it only shows me to connect which could take some time. Not enough volume, and the app isn't showing me the equalizer anymore. It's comfortable and light weight Its just ok Sorry all
