Didn't work for us

The product did not work for us as the threads on the eyecup didn't align properly with the binoculars. For that reason we had to return the eyecup. That being said, Adorama provided great customer service on both the order and the return. We will plan to use them in the future on other products.

The eyecups I ordered didn't fit, I have an older version of the same binos. Adorama emailed me a return prepaid label and refunded my money without complaint.
