Used Kenko 0.5x Hi Resolution Wide Angle Conversion Lens for Digital Video and Digital Still Cameras

Kenko SGW-05 PRO wide-angle video conversion lens is designed for compact digital/video cameras that have a higher resolution recording ability such as DV formats, and for Digital Still Cameras. The KGW-05 Pro widens the angle of view by multiplying the focal lengthof the video camera by 0.5 times. This doubles the angle of view making it an excellent lens for groups or wedding shots. This view can also improve the composition of many interior and wide scenic shots.

This PRO series lens features multicoated optical glass lens elements. The reduces the possibility of flare and ghosting caused by light reflecting off the surfaces of the elements and reflecting back into the camera. The inner barrels have a matte-black finish to further reduce the chance of any internal reflections. All barrels and filter threads are made of molded and precision-milled aluminum for long life and lightweight.

Please note: May cause vignetting with some digital still cameras. Zooming is slightly will eliminate the problem while yielding a wider-angle view than normal.
