This kit has a lot to offer photogs of every level. First i will start with the good. This kit brings some commonly used lighting control tools to an easy to use kit. Everything works well as i expected with great results. The tools are lightweight to carry with you and are fairly durable within reason. I have used this kit for numerous studio portraits as well as a lot of lighting effects to simulate stage lighting for band pictures. Now for the not so good. All the tools are plastic, with exception to the metal beauty dish, and should be treated accordingly. The kit does not come with a storage bag of any kind to keep everything together for easy travel. I use a pillow case. The kit does not come with the adapters for the tools, and you will require one for each flash if you use several strobes at once. The soft box works well, but it is too heavy to attach to the flex mount and walk around with it. It will pull the mount off the flash head. All in all this kit makes a great simple home studio and is def a good purchase, the few cons aside. Definately recomended.

Follow the pictures on the information leaflet for using the accessories Don't forget to buy the correct flex mount for your flash model These are sophisticated accessories and require some experimentation to get the best out of them.

Great set of accessories, all perform as described. Plan to purchase additional sets when I get additional flashes. Only issue I have is the Globe Diffuser is a little heavy and it pulls the Flex Mount right off my SB-600 flash.

The attachments are perferct for portrait photography when you do not want to set up the heavy equipment. With my flash and the diffuser that came with it I would have glow spots on the faces of my subjects, now with the use of the strobie attachments I do not have those spots.

This brings light management to the hobbyist or semi-pro that was only available to pros previously. Yes, you could buy a diffuser here or there or perhaps a softbox for your hot-shoe flash, but this is a complete collection, with inexpensive Flex Mounts for your flash. Note- they have a measurement page on the website so you can see if the Flex Mounts fit your flash.

Kit brings Pro light management to us all. Flex Mounts fit many more flashes than are listed- see measurement page on their website. Flex mounts are very inexpensive. This is great stuff!
